I really want to continue to like this America's Best Wings but the wings are not consistent. Sometimes you can tell that they are fresh and at other times it's clear that the wings are old, refried, or just dry. When the wings are fresh, they are good though.

The wings are always hot when I get them. Tonight I arrived 15 min before closing and was able to place my order and get my chicken cheesesteak on a very fresh soft roll made and served before they closed. No frills and very direct communication but the food is good.

After I spent 40.00 with these ungrateful associates I had to beg for 3 plastic cups for hot sauce. They got lazy money today.

First and last time coming here. I spent $16 on my food for it to be incorrect. I drove 1hr home and realized instead of steak i had chicken. I started eating it anywaybbecause im hungry. I called them in hopes of them replacing the sandwich the next time i come to dc. I even offered to send him a pic of the sandwich so i looked honest. He told me he can replace it of i bring it back the next time i come. Wtf, what if i dont come back for a week. Also IM HUNGRY ASF.... you want me to not eat because you fucked up? Never ever going back to them. I also own a company and i go to hip hop chicken to cater my employee meetings. I assure you i will never bring business to this place.

I really enjoy the chicken wings. I am also glad that the owners no longer staff the store and have hired others because their customer service was not the best. I find it extremely cheap that they do not provide any sauce for the 5pc or 7pc chicken and you only get ONE dressing with the 10 pc. I just spent $17 for wings and I got one damn sauce! I haven't experienced this practice at the MD location. I will have to start making the journey out to MD. It's a damn shame the way they conduct business in our community.
